Weligama is a privately owned investment and advisory company incorporated in Limassol, Cyprus. It holds a concentrated portfolio of private interests for its own account and selectively supports principals on matters of corporate governance and structuring.

Weligama is the corporate platform through which a focused set of long-duration investments is held and a limited advisory practice is conducted. Its orientation is patient, its horizon is multi-year, and its preference is alignment with operators and co-investors of similar mindset.
Weligama acts for its own account. It is not an asset manager, does not provide investment management services to third parties, and does not solicit external capital. The advisory activity described here is limited to strategic and corporate matters, conducted on occasion for principals with whom we hold a long-standing relationship.
